By accessing or using Will Banao’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided within the platform. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while creating or updating legal documents.
Will Banao offers digital tools to create, manage, and store estate planning documents. We are not a law firm and our solutions should not replace personalised legal advice. Complex cases may require consultation with a qualified professional.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or submit content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised activity.
All one-time or subscription fees are displayed before checkout. Payments are non-refundable once services are delivered unless mandated by applicable law. Taxes and statutory charges will be applied as required.
We implement industry-standard security controls to protect your data. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store personal information. You retain ownership of your documents at all times.
All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Will Banao. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the services for personal estate planning. Any reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
Will Banao is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms to reflect product improvements or legal requirements. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
